About Our Retreats
With a deep focus on well-being and togetherness, our retreats are designed to help you tap into your creativity by exploring our connection with ourselves, each other, and the natural world around us.
Days will be relaxed, with plenty of time to unwind. Each day you'll be invited to join us for one of our curated workshops - think: drawing, painting, cooking, ceramics, etc.
At mealtimes, we'll meet you at the table, where we'll connect and celebrate over thoughtful plant-focused dishes reflecting the ingredients of the destination we’re in.
A Space for All Women
All retreats are lgbtqia+ friendly and for all women including trans women. It is also welcome to non-binary & gender-fluid people who are interested in joining a retreat with a feminine focus.
If making art feels out of your comfort zone, don’t fret, we’ve got you. Whether you regularly get the paints out or haven’t done so since your school days, Venetia’s classes will help to spark the creative streak that is within all of us. The best way to ignite this spark is to fully let go of your expectations. The aim is not to create something beautiful immediately, but more to play, make ‘mistakes’, and encourage exploration. Once you let go of exactly what you want to create, you might find that you are led along a different path through the various exercises Venetia takes you through. Have faith in the process and the rest will take care of itself.

Our Yoga Classes
As a modality to ground, soften, and tune into our bodies, yoga plays an important role in our retreats.
Gina’s classes are suitable for all levels, so no worries if you’re not an avid practitioner! Beyond perfecting the poses, what we’re really aiming to do is promote relaxation, mindfulness, and balance in the body and mind. In doing so, we can reduce anxiety and sharpen our awareness, which, in turn, allows us to tap into our creativity more easily.
Additionally, our classes focus on specific energy centers in our bodies to free up blockages that can hinder creative energy. We’ll also incorporate breathing techniques to calm the mind and improve focus, enabling us to tap into our inner selves and access new perspectives.
